We have multiple users accessing the database and would like to know if there is a way P6 tracks what changes were made to a project and by which user?
Thanks

Yes but it is limited. There are mulitple tables in the database (sorry nothing in the actual application) that have a create, update and delete fields. Each of those has a field for who and when. The update one unfortunately only shows the last person who adjusted the data. So if a user did updates and you scheduled/F9 the project then it would show you as the updated user not who changed it prior to your scheduling. There is no audit trail report to show everyone who "touched" that data from when it was created to today.

Primavera used to have nothing until about version 5 so I had to just monitor the database constantly as to who was in and what projects they were touching. Its better than nothing.
