As I understand material completion cost will not change based on the schedule. Even the activities is delayed or ahead material completion cost should remain the same as budgeted cost (given that its market price remain the same).ÂBut every time I update my schedule the material completion cost also change. Is there any way to maintain the completion cost aside from doing it manually?
