PRMEmail is licensed per smtp server/Primavera database that you are using. For most of the cases, having one license per Primavera database will be enough. For big implementations, depending on number of users, especially resources, you may need to use two smtp server for sending emails, therefore you will need two licenses of PRMEmail. If you are using two Primavera databases for some reasons, you again will need to have two licenses of PRMEmail.

The price of PRMEmail license is 490 Euro plus VAT or sales tax where applicable.
